Movement Medicine: Tincture Workshop

Join us for a guided plant identification walk and hands-on tincture making experience. We’ll spend time connecting with a plant in season—learning how to identify it, discussing its traditional uses, and foraging together with care.

After the walk, you’ll create your own take-home tincture using the plant we’ve gathered. This workshop is rooted in observation, relationship, and practical skill-building you can carry with you.
